Saima is a Pakistani actress from Multan, who appears in Punjabi and Urdu films.[1]

Saima's debut movie was Griban in 1987, as a supporting actress. Her second film was Khatarnaak directed by Akram Khan. She was cast for the main lead in it and released in 1990. She was discovered at the time when Sultan Rahi was experiencing his peak career in Lollywood. The success of Syed Noor’s film Choorian made her a house hold name over night. Saima joined Lollywood at a time when Anjuman was dominating the industry. Anjuman was busy that producers needed to look for a replacement and the alternative came in the shape of Saima.

Saima was first romantically linked to the Pakistani director, Syed Noor, in the late nineties. On 1 May 2007, Saima in a press conference said that she married Syed Noor in July 2005.

Saima has worked in over two hundred films. She is the brand ambassador for Tarang Milk and Warid Telecom. Her movie Majajan was a commercial hit of 2009. IN 2010 she gave another hit movie wohti leke jani hai to Lollywood
